I specialise in relationships so offer families, couples and individuals a calm environment where personal and relationship difficulties can be explored.

If you are having problems, you can come for counselling individually, as a couple, as a small group or the whole family together to help you work things out in a way that is best for everyone.

I also provide sex therapy which is individually tailored for each client or couple. Simple tasks are suggested for you to do in the privacy of your own home and which help you overcome your difficulties and rediscover the pleasure of a good physical relationship.

I have specialised in relationships since 1991. I hold both a Post Graduate Diploma and an MA in Couple Therapy; Diploma in Psychosexual Therapy; Relate Certificate in Couple Counselling and the Certificate of Systemic Practice Year 1 at Foundation Level in Family Therapy.

I have taught on the Relate Post Graduate Diploma in Couple Therapy for the University of East London; and Graduate Certificate Foundation in Couple Counselling.
